Before you book

Hierve el Agua
It is run by the local community and has closed at short notice in the past. It normally opens every day from 09:00. We check the week before you travel, and if it is closed we spend longer at Mitla, Teotitlán and the distillery.
Swimming
Bring a swimsuit and a towel if you want to swim in the pools. Entrance there is paid in cash.
Start time
Starts at 07:00, every day. Every tour is customisable: a different start time, extra stops, more time where you like it, or a longer day. Tell us when you book.
Language
Guided in English. Other languages on request, if we have notice.
Cancellation
Free up to 24 hours before, refunded in full.
