Is the price fixed?
Yes. You see the price for your exact route before you pay, and it does not change with traffic or the time the journey takes. It is the price of the whole vehicle, not per person.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before your pick-up time.
Which currency will I pay in?
The price is shown in the currency of the country you travel in, for example pounds in London and euros in Dublin. You can choose another currency before you book, and you pay in the currency you see.
Is there an extra charge at night?
Pick-ups between 10:55 pm and 6:00 am have a night rate. It is already included in the price the calculator shows.
What if there are more of us than fit in one car?
There are six vehicle sizes, from a 4-seat sedan up to a 16-seat minibus, and the calculator shows every one that fits your group. Above 8 passengers we send either a minibus or two vehicles travelling together — always on one booking and one price.
Do I have to pay when I book?
Not always. On most bookings made far enough ahead you can book now and pay later, and the calculator tells you at checkout whether your trip qualifies. Last-minute pick-ups and higher-value transfers are paid at booking.
