Mondays: The Gold Museum is closed on Mondays, including Monday holidays. Entry is free on Sundays.
Altitude: Bogotá is at about 2,640 metres and Monserrate about 500 metres higher. Take it slowly if you have just arrived.
Weather: Bogotá is cool all year and showers are common. Bring a jacket.
Start time: Starts at 07:00 or 13:00, every day. Every tour is customisable: a different start time, extra stops, more time where you like it, or a longer day. Tell us when you book.
Language: Guided in English. Other languages on request, if we have notice.

Questions

Does the price depend on the size of the group?

Yes. The tour is private, and the price depends on how many of you travel, starting from €120. Choose the number of people when you book.

Can we walk up Monserrate?

There is a stone path of about 1,600 steps, and it is hard work at this altitude. Most people ride up; your driver waits at the base station.

Can we add the Botero Museum?

Yes. It is a few streets from the Plaza de Bolívar and closed on Tuesdays. Tell your driver in the morning.

Can we do a whole day?

Yes. Our full-day Bogotá tour adds the Botero Museum, lunch and Usaquén.

What if there are more than 16 of us?

Two vehicles travelling together, on one booking. Message us and we will price it.

Can we customise the tour?

Yes. Every tour is customisable: a different start time, extra stops, more time where you like it, or a longer day. Tell us when you book.

Can I change the date or the time afterwards?

Message us and we'll move it if we can — we work with several drivers, so there is usually room. More than 24 hours ahead costs nothing.
